The Revlon illuminance balm primer is a game changer when it comes to primers. I love the hydrating feel and the nice thick texture that smooths over your skin easily. I definitely noticed a difference in my skin after removing makeup, [it felt] healthier and [more] hydrated. The Revlon Illuminance Balm Primer has quickly become one of my favourites!
