Is there anything better than a high-impact highlighter?
The product
If you're anything like us, the plight for luminous lit from within skin is never complete. Yep, we've got the serum-like concealer, the faux filter-glowing base but what about the rest of our complexion? We need our blush, highlighter and bronzer to up the effortless glow factor. And up until now, they just didn't quite play together how we'd like them to. Thankfully Revlon was ready to step in and up our glow game with a whole range of complexion-glowing wands.
Yep, we're talking magic wands that have the light-reflecting power to give you a seriously envious glow. And if you've used 'wand-like' products before, you know that the sponge dispensing applicators can be, well, a flaw. Too much product pours out and you end up wasting it or covered in an OTT hit of colour. Well, it turns out Revlon have been paying attention and the trio of Revlon Illuminance™ Glow Wands each feature a 'stop' button to help you better control the application. Which really is a huge win, because nobody wants to be wasting the smooth and creamy luxe liquid it imparts.
But if you thought that a trio of complexion-improving wands (blush, bronzer and highlighter) were all they were, you'd be dead wrong. Because not only are the wands designed to leave your skin looking luminous, they're also infused with skin care. Yep, your skin with benefit from the ultra-hydrating inclusion of hyaluronic acid and squalene.
Basically, you're doing more good wearing these lush, luminous range than if you didn't. So, why don't we check out the glowing thoughts of our members?
The panel
BEAUTYcrew sent the Revlon Illuminance™ Glow Wands to a panel of women aged 18-35 looking to get the perfect lit from within glow.
The lowdown
The blendable formula: You'd think blendability would be a sure fire thing when it comes to makeup. But some products just miss the mark. Our REVIEWcrew members loved how easy the sponge applicator made blending the product out, with the fairly quick drying luminous finish able to be easily built up to the level of radiance our members desired.
The easy to use applicator: If you've used other 'wands' before, you know that this kind of applicator isn't always easy to control. Sure, the in-built sponge is ideal for blending the product out, but often times the amount of product that comes out is just way too much. So you're left covered in the product or wasting it. Well, not with this innovative wand. Revlon have thought of everything and made sure to provide an easy 'stop' function that our members greatly appreciated.
How perfectly luminous the glow was: Our members couldn't believe their eyes (or skin) when they saw how luminously light-reflecting these wands left them. With a trio of cheek-perfecting glow-getters our members loved to see the natural lit from within radiance.
