If 2000's rom coms have taught us anything, it's that a grand gesture goes a long way. Heath Ledger serenading his leading lady in 10 Things I Hate About You, anyone?

But these days, romantic gestures are looking a little different.

According to Swisse, 73 per cent of Australian's say their relationships thrive on smaller, consistent acts that show they care about loved ones wellness.

Swisse are tapping into this unofficial "sixth love language" with a new vodcast series: Acts of Wellness, which is hosted by best-selling author, award-winning presenter and cultural icon Flex Mami

The series will see Flex sitting down with iconic duos to find out what love looks like in the real world.

Guests include viral brothers Luke and Sassy Scott as well as Olympian Raygun and her husband.

Whether it’s siblings who roast each other before hugging it out, or couples navigating post-Olympic fame, there’s one thing all these stories have in common: wellness as a form of connection.

Acts of Wellness is your new audio ritual and a celebration of the best friends, partners, and siblings who keep us going (and hydrated).
