Kylie Jenner just spilled the tea about her breast augmentation
As a beauty mogul and reality star, Kylie Jenner has always been refreshingly willing to try new trends and admit her past beauty regrets and faux pas.
It's perhaps for this reason (not to mention the fact that she's one of the most glamorous faces in Hollywood right now) that fans of the 27 year old are just as interested in her favourite fake tan and lip combination, as they are the details of her breast augmentation.
Despite previously expressing her regrets about getting plastic surgery at such a young age (she was just 19 when she underwent the procedure), and the implications for her own daughter, Jenner isn't one to preach to people about what they should or shouldn't be doing with their bodies.
"You know I got my breasts done before Stormi, within six months of having Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. They were still healing," she said in an episode of The Kardashians in 2023. “I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous, perfect size. I just wish I never got them done to begin with.”
"My daughter has totally taught me a lot more about myself, and seeing myself in her has changed everything. I’ve had so much growth and am just embracing natural beauty," Jenner told the Wall Street Journal, also in 2023. "I’m teaching her about mistakes that I made and making sure she knows she’s just perfect exactly how she is."

To remedy her own regrets, Jenner has decided to ensure other women are properly informed about the procedures they're getting, which is why, when content creator Rachel Leary publicly asked Jenner for the 411 on her breast implants, she obliged.
"What is it that you asked for when you had your boobs done?" Leary begged in a TikTok video that you can watch here. "To me, you have got what I am looking for. It's the most perfect, natural-looking boob job ever... That is what I aspire mine to look like... I don’t expect you to share who did the work... but in terms of what you actually had done, I feel like you’ve been quite open about having your boobs done."

Who in the Kardashian family has had plastic surgery?
This isn't the first time a member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has had surgery, but the family has become more willing in recent years to speak more openly about their cosmetic procedures.
However, one could argue this is probably a direct response to the backlash they've received when they have insinuated their appearances are simply the result of genetics and non-invasive methods.
Although, Kris Jenner hasn't shared the exact procedure she's had done (rumour is it was a USD$350,000 deep plane face lift), to the surprise of curious people everywhere, she recently shared the name of the surgeon behind her freshly-altered appearance.
"We can confirm that Dr. Steven Levine did Kris Jenner’s recent work," one of the mom-ager's representative's shared with Page Six.
It's not her first rodeo either, Jenner received a pinnacle face lift from Dr Garth Fisher — the man responsible for Kylie's "perfect, natural-looking boob job", as Leary so eloquently put it — prior to one of Kim's weddings.
"I’m honoured to be acknowledged by Kylie — her kind words were unexpected but truly appreciated," Fisher said via Instagram in response to Kylie spilling the tea on her breast implants. "Every patient is unique. This isn’t 'cookbook' surgery — it’s thoughtful, personalised care. Thank you for your trust and understanding."
"Garth you are such a superstar class act," Kris Jenner responded in the comments section of the Instagram post. "You did my first face lift in 2011 (14 years ago!), and made it the most amazing experience ever, and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it’s like and not be afraid. You have taken great care of us always and remain such a close and treasured friend! Such an incredible talent!"
Kourtney Kardashian has admitted to having a breast augmentation (she went up one cup size), also with the help of Dr Garth Fisher. The surgeon was also in charge of revising Caitlyn Jenner's botched gender-affirming facelift surgery, and removing a cancerous tumour from Khloe Kardashian's face in 2022.
"You and your family have been dear to me for a very long time. I was so saddened that you required a procedure requiring removing of a dangerous and significant tumor from your face," Fisher shared via Instagram. "I felt like I was operating on my own daughter. I was honored that you put your trust in my staff and me. I am tremendously relieved that we got it all out and you can now get past this. You’re beautiful and have a heart of gold. Now let’s get this scar to heal great and be mindful of too much sun exposure."
